Before you start using our online order system, you need to get user ID and password from us. Please contact our sales team for more detail.

system requirement

  • Mobile or PC device with stable Internet connection.
  • Chrome or MS Edge browser.

quick start instruction

1-1. FOR PC Access

  • Open Chrome browser and enter “order.qfpack.com.au” at address bar at the top.
  • Once you enter successfully, bookmark it or add to Home screen of your mobile.
  • Follow the instruction below for login and order.

1-2. FOR Mobile APP

  • Access to Google Play Store or App Store
  • Once you access play store then search “QPACK” and download
  • Follow the instruction below for login and order.

2. Login

  • Ask your user ID and password to our staff.

  • Login page will popup at your first access

  • Fill the login information and press “Log in” button

3. REGISTER

  • Once you successfully login, you must register at user registration page.
  • Fill your ABN number and business name correctly.
  • Read terms and condition and tick “I Agree” check box.
  • Press “Register Now” button.
